I started piano lessons in first grade and have been making music ever since! I pursued formal training into college, studying piano performance with Walter Ponce and Gloria Cheng at UCLA’s Herb Alpert School of Music.
The structures of music theory fascinate me. The innovations and explorations of contemporary music inspire me. I’ve worked on computer software for compose, analyze, and visualize music. I’ve also put together a few of my own compositions, often blending melody and harmony with ambient real-world sounds or specific evocative sound bites.
